Community Consultation
Public service providers have recognised and acknowledged the benefits of authentic community consultation in developing valuable social, health, and care services. Community consultation is the process that creates a framework for the design and implementation of successful policies and service delivery.
At the heart of community consultation is building trust and understanding between communities (be they bound by geography, characteristics, or association) and the service institutions whose job is to provide their community with the amenities, resources, facilities, and solutions they need.
We work with local authorities, NHS commissioners, central government departments, charities, and non-governmental bodies to help them better connect with the communities and constituents they serve. We have developed responsive and equitable participatory processes that have enabled genuine community engagement and consultation. We create reciprocal strategies that foster partnerships between communities and service providers, leading to positive attention, responsive development, and action.
